Our hard sugar is the firmest paste we make. It is for areas/climates with higher humidity. Recommended for humidity levels of 50% and above.
 
Sugar Goddess paste preforms best used in 40%-45% humidity. Levels below and above that range will alter the paste consistency as sugar is hygroscopic.
